1. If you have difficulty downloading your rebate, please make sure you try again. Sometime high network traffic and make the page look blank. Also use your browser's "Save As" fuction to download the file to your local drive before view. This should solve most of the problem regarding rebate downloads.
2. Make sure you photocopy all documents and proofs (e.g. UPCs), you sent to the rebate fullfilment company.
3. Remember, the rebates may take sometime before you receive it. Check on the status on their website if you haven't received it by the end of the waiting period.
4. PC Club does not issue rebates themselves so you should check with the rebate company or manufacturer with regards to your rebate status.
